As of January 8'th, 2007, Morning Light not only cleared the debt, we had a significant surplus to start 2007! How? The precious Widow's mites! God never fails, and once again, He has proven His Faithfulness, and has demonstrated His Will that this ministry of music would continue each morning! One dear lady gave $2000 in late November! (A precious widow!) Soon after that, that another check arrived, for over $1200! I am overwhelmed and overjoyed! \o/ (See below for totals.)
Because of that surplus, we have nearly 41% of 2007's expenses PAID! \o/ We still need to raise the remaining 59%. That surplus is now gone, so we once again are starting to fall behind. Please share a gift right away, so this won't happen. :)

GOD has apparently chosen to place His mantle of approval upon this work, and has continued to demonstrate this through YOUR generous support each year! Yes, we are always aware that is is He who gives and sometimes will take away. If He should choose to place this vessel on the shelf, we will accept His leading and yield the outcome to Him. Jesus Christ is our possessor and dispossessor. This ministry is completely and totally His, and we will obey His leading.
One of the means we use to discern God's Will regarding the continuation of this ministry is through the support He sends (or witholds) from His people. When financial difficulties arise, we will make these known to our listeners, but we will *NEVER* beg, plead, or coerce you for donations. We will never resort to disrespectful or dishonorable methods of fundraising, even if the needs are serious. In all cases, the needs will first be brought to the Lord. Then, a GENTLE appeal on-air and via this WEBsite will be made. If those funds do not come in, that will be our instruction from the Lord that it is His Will to put this vessel on the shelf, and the program will leave the airwaves until He decides to restore it. (Note: We leave the air every October, and Dec-Jan due to station sign-on limitations, not financial issues.)
It is your tax-deductible gifts to New Life Ministies which directly provides the financial support for the program on WFIF radio.
We need a total of $3,762 cover the airtime expenses for Morning Light for each year. (We still need to raise approximately $940 for the summer of 2007.)
Several folks also opted to give their support all at once. You can do this, too, if you wish! :-) The total one-time gift for the year is $240. Some precious people have given ABOVE this amount, and I am sincerely thankful! Whatever the Lord places on your heart is sincerely appreciated! If you can only afford to give $5, that will count just as much as $500! (Remember what Jesus said about the "Widow's mite"... He PROVED this in 2006!!!) If enough people do even that little bit, it will make a difference! Let's see if we can get 2007 paid-off ahead of time! :)
